Deciding To Quit

It is hard, don't get me wrong. The temptations are there almost daily. Pepsi and Coke are everywhere. Its never ending. Like with anything you want to quit, you have to decide that it is the best decision for you. After quiting, I lost 10 pounds now, changing NOTHING but that in my eating plans. I feel allot less paranoid. I don't have the caffeine shakes. My next goal is to get a couple more pounds off, but that's another blog. I feel more focused at work now, getting good sleep is likely the reason. I have had fits of craving that lasted a few hours. But it goes away. It really does at some point. Everyone is different. But, congratulations on deciding to quit drinking pepsi! It is definitely not an easy task - this whole deciding to quit thing. Now I have to work on quiting 'other' things to improve my health.
